The food here is INCREDIBLE! The exterior is extremely unsuspecting and the menu leaves you wondering what will be served. We ordered the papas fritas (fries with molé), shrimp taco, chicken wings, churros and sticky rice. Everything we are was cooked to perfection and very well made. We were so impressed!!! You MUST try CHINAPOBLANO if you are in Vegas. You won't regret it!!!
We picked this restaurant as a last minute dinner decision and we were so glad we did. Spouse got Jose's Way and I got the Chef's Experience. The food was amazing...each dish better than the lat. DELICIOUS! Our server was Leslie and she was phenomenal...very attentive and made great recommendations. Also, kept an eye on our dishes to make sure they met my dietary (vegetarian) restrictions. A++++

Get the Dan Dan noodles. Great service. Very interesting and unique menu.
I wasn't sure what to expect. It was fabulous. Perhaps the best taco (refried bean) I've ever eaten. Sea salt margarita was a different twist on an old favorite.
Had the brisket taco, and the "Lucky 6", both delicious! Guacamole made at the table was good, but not worth the price IMHO. Service was very prompt and friendly.
You can see the Tacos being made fresh. They are fantastic!
A wonderful experience. 😋 Loved the lotus chips and the beef tongue tacos were delicious. Amazing time. 👍
The most interesting restaurant I have ever been too! Great memories from here!
