I visited from Minnesota. I ran across China Poblano while I was exploring the city. It was one of the best meals I've ever had! I will definitely come there again next time I visit Las Vegas!
My best friend took me here for lunch and it was fantastic!!! I can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu!!! MUST TRY RESTAURANT!!!

I rarely give a bad review. We dined at most of the restaurants at the Cosmopolitan and loved them all, besides this one. Food was alright, but had a rude waitress. We asked why the vegetarian fried rice was nearly the most expensive thing on the menu and she said "because that's the price, that's what it costs". We then heard her talking to a manager or some other co worker saying, they just asked why the dish was so expensive. The manager peered their head around the wall and gave us a dirty look. Exceptional service and some of the best tacos I've ever had. Our waiter Eddie was super friendly and answered all our questions about the menu with detail and gave great recommendations.
