been to this Chinese spot a few times because the food is actually not bad and always hot. However, the customer service is consistently disappointing. The staff are very rude and disrespectful, often rushing people while they’re still trying to place their orders. It feels like they don’t value their customers at all. No greeting, no patience, and definitely no effort to make the experience pleasant. It’s a shame, because with better service,

Very rude and disrespectful, the vegetables taste like they pulled them from the front lawn and a very odd smell.

I ordered online for 3 people. I specifically put in the delivery comments to come to the front door next to the mural. He called me to say he was here. I stepped outside and asked where he was because I was at the front door. He was annoyed he had to drive further down the block. Then he had the nerve to tell me to come get the food from him in the car. NEVER left the car. Delivery is supposed to bring to the door. NEVER AGAIN. I ordered bourbon chicken and got pork ribs
