CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE TRASH! called about delivery, understand that they said they don’t deliver 10 mins away.. “ too far “ so i said okay , i will pick up . she HUNGS the phone up on my ear . i call back and ask her why she do that and she starts to laugh . that’s not a funny matter to be laughing at when conducting business.. no sorry , or i didn’t understand NOTHING just shits and giggles
Food is pretty good when they get it right, I just feel it’s a bit overpriced for most items. One thing I think should be worked on is them understanding when you ask for your broccoli to be cooked until it’s tender, means cook it longer, it’s always hard and crunchy. Also they need more help, they need someone to answer the phones and serve customers in the store simultaneously. You could be waiting for 10 min while they keep answering the phone before you are even allowed to place an order.
