Flat out worst experience you cannot ever get a call back 2 months still can't get him to clarify my rx with pharmacy .The pharmacy had to ask me to call him because they couldn't get him to call them back so unprofessional asked for a 3 month script to cut down on cost he laughed and didn't even do it .....looking for new dermatologist
Dr. Ho and his staff are very professional and the service is amazing. I would highly recommend his team with 5 stars for sure.
Dr. Ho is easy to talk to and provides excellent care. He takes the time to put his patients at ease. My family has seen him for regular skin care needs; as well as for treatment of a skin infection. Dr. Ho and his staff are patient oriented and we are lucky to have dermatology care like this locally!

I saw Dr. Ho about a year ago. I am a redhead who has had basal cell spots removed in the past, but Dr. Ho did not feel it was necessary for me to gown up for an exam. He walked in and said "I hear you have a lot of questions". I said no - I just want to get established with a dermatologist as mine has retired 2 years prior. He had me pull up my top and looked at my stomach and back. He had me pull up my pant legs to look at my calves. I’m not sure if these are all family members/ friends leaving their reviews but I had a starkly different initial meeting with Dr.Ho. His demeanor greeted me with arms folded as though I was interrupting his busy day. His PA, whom I was never introduced to, did all the work during the appointment. Dr.Ho misdiagnosed a rash I showed him. When I kindly asked him to look at a mole on my back, it was the most awkwardly uncomfortable moment as though he wasn’t really concerned. Dr Ho takes the time to know his patient. While in his office you feel as though you are his only patient. He is down to earth and speaks plainly when discussing your health. I fully recommend Dr Ho and his staff.
Dr. Ho is open, honest, and caring. He to the point, however he is down to earth. He puts you at easy, laughs and jokes with you. I had a serious skin problem, that other doctors (other than my new physician) had dismissed as nothing to worry about and at times accused me of being a hypochondriac. This thing grew for 7 years. Within weeks of meeting Dr. Ho, he treated me and I was well on my way to healing. He is amazing.
Dr. Ho, despite being behind with his patients, took the time to remove an abnormal growth from my leg when he saw how much trouble I was having with it. He could have moved on and scheduled me to return for the procedure at a later date. He’ll never know how much I appreciate that. He and all the staff there were knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. They made a very anxious patient, more at ease. I would highly recommend him.
