I saw Dr. Ho 3 times for the same issue... a bump on my arm that would scab and not heal. First time - he froze it and said if it doesn't resolve it, to call back for another appointment. At that same appointment, he was more focused on hyperpigmentation on my face, and told me to get a specific, very expensive sunscreen. My elderly mother saw Dr. Ho for over a year. He diagnosed her as having atopic dermatitis. It just kept getting worse and worse. He refused to do a biopsy or even a skin scrape. When one rash/sore on her head progressed to being an open wound, instead of getting her in for an appointment, he said to take her to the emergency room and this was a message through the receptionist. Dr. Ho was kind and knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns and gave additional info to help keep my skin healthy. I am planning for regular yearly follow-up. Great experience!
Excellent doctor, down to earth and doesn’t make issues seem trivial.
Not impressed at all. Spent a fair amount of time with me but the overwhelming majority of it was him lecturing me about my weight, giving me a history of food, and telling me how and when I should eat. More focus on the reason for my visit and less on my appearance and diet would have been great.
He's a sweet guy. He's very smart. He does just what needs to be done. He's does a beautiful job with whatever is needed right while you're there.... And explains things as he goes along.... I've had four small procedures now right in his office. He's accurate and immaculate and has a beautiful nursing staff that know what they're doing
Excellent doctor, would recommend to anyone.
