I've been taking my partner and my cars here for a year or so, and every time I go, I mean to write a positive review, but always forget. Long story short: they're great. They go the extra mile to make sure you know exactly what's wrong with your car, and exactly what it's going to take to fix it. This shop was amazing and the guy's that work there was just as great. I had made the mistake of letting a fly by night mechanic work on my car. Well needless to say after his crap job and $300, I took it to Chimney Rock Car Care and they were great. They did everything they could to keep the cost down for me after what I had just been thru. I want to say THANK YOU!!! And would tell anyone to use their service....

They're willing to work with you to find the cheapest solution to your problem, if that's what you want, or do the super-deluxe version if that's what you're looking for: bottom line, they want to make sure they're doing what you need and what you want. I've got literally no complaints about their work, which is something I can't say about any other mechanic I've ever hired.

We are from Pennsylvania and own a State Inspection garage. Our daughter, in grad school at U. Houston started using this facility. She had her vehicle inspected there and they did a great job! She has since been back for an oil change and a repair on her air conditioner. She was treated with respect and received great service. I would recommend this business to everyone! I took my car in for a leak only to find out that the radiator I had replaced a few months ago at another place was defective. The Manager Billy got the Radiator replaced under warranty and did some additional repairs that were needed, I was amazed to see him get on the phone with the other repair place to have them bring him a new radiator at no charge to me to ! They are Amazing and went above and beyond to repair my car at the best possible price. I will be a customer for life. They are a great company and I would recomme... read more
