needs a new manager – Two things: - Sign by the road advertised $19.99 oil change. I drove in, had an oil change, and was charged $29.99 plus tax and assorted fees. When I asked about the price increase, he said it was because I asked to have my brakes looked at which made it "special" not basic. This should have been explained at the beginning. - During conversations about my car trying to get pricing options on new brakes, Steve (manager) was often rude and even hostile.
