Chimney Rock Car Care is the best shop in the city. Say your best friend's brother ran a repair shop and you went in there, that is how Steve treats you. Great guy, but more importantly competent honest mechanic. Despite being a big guy, I do not know a lot about cars. Like the Seinfeld episode, I'm all "Oh I need a new Johnson rod? OK, sure I got to fix that." With Steve I know he is not going to screw me over. Retracting earlier bad review because... – I am writing to retract my earlier post after Steve (the manager) took it upon himself to resolve my issues. He is a man of integrety and hope that I encounter more folks like hime.
Very reasonable prices for their repair work. Everyone was kind and they didn't take forever to complete the repair work. I would highly recommend them to other people needing repair work to be done on their cars.
Very knowledgeable – I am really happy with the job they did on my car. They were very knowledgeable about what they do.
Done in a timely manner – Service was great had my car done in a timely manner.

Appreciate the customer service – Can really appreciate the customer service, I hate having to pay for things to be done to my truck but its a part of life. Atleast with chimney they leave a little still in my wallet.
Was hoping for a better price but from what i hear it was not too bad. My car is running well again I guess i would come back again
