I️ wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody ever! The don’t show up when they say they will. They don’t return phone calls. They don’t answer phone calls. This is the worst business I️ have ever had to deal with! Paid half down payment on a wood stove installation on 12/1/17, was told it might a while to get parts and could be after christmas. It’s now 2/28/18. I️ have reported them to BBB. I️ cannot reach them because they don’t return phone calls so today I’m going to court to get my money back, and educate everyone that... read more

Chimney Pro fixed my gas burning fireplace after 2 companies had previously failed!! They were on time, courteous, and professional. They had all the parts with them, so I didn't have to wait for them to be ordered. Wish I had contacted them first!!
Fireplace is ready for winter 17/18. Another great service visit!
These guys are the best. Our gas company said we should replace our whole fireplace which could have costs thousands. James from Chimney Pro came over and determined it was just a bad pilot light assembly. He saved us a bunch of money and we now have a perfectly working fireplace. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with all the work he did for us. Chimney cleaning, power washed and sealed the chimney, replaced the funnel between the wood stove and chimney. He then went beyond when he actually took down a tree limb that was too close to the chimney. Very nice to talk to - would definitely use in the future.
I would trust James with any fireplace need. If your buying a home don't forget a fireplace inspection. He can save a major expense down the road.
