Give us back the money he took without doing the work. We gave him $1500 and he has not been seen or heard from since.

James is very professional and did a great job installing our gas fireplace. He fit us in before Thanksgiving! I also give James’ name to my clients. Very prompt and courteous! Highly recommend!

Beware! I paid $125 for a damper. James was to return in three days with the part and install it. He never showed. I called and texted numerous times over the next month. Would not return communication. I am out $125. Never again!!!

He stole $217.00 from us. He did not deliver the cap for our chimney or do any work. He will not return our money.

Poor workmanship, horrible communication and very unprofessional. We are still waiting on the $100 check that was supposed to be delivered over a month ago to reimburse us for the grill that was destroyed when our new chimney cap flew off. 

Business response:

We apologize. Thr employee has been terminated for this error. The customer neglated to say the roof was also damaged in result of this a the roof was repaired within 2 days by a roofer of their choice. I guess that deserves a 1 Star as well. I have preached this for 10 years, businesses make mistakes. A simple reminder email/call would have been nice. We paid $425 to fix the small hole in the roof, I think we could have afforded another $100 but sometimes we forget things. We are all human

I do not recommend this "company" to anyone!!!!!!! They took my down payment of $625 in December and never done the work or refunded my money!!

James and his employees were on time, courteous and went over options for me after inspecting my chimney. I felt he was most honest and reasonable and did not ask me to spend more than necessary to have a safe and functioning chimney. Thank you James!
