Great experience with Andrey and Alex today. Clearly explained what they were finding. Cleaned the chimney and the dryer vent. Excellent work. Reasonable price which they shared up front.
We just moved into a new house whose previous owner really enjoyed having fires, but did not enjoy cleaning or maintaining the fireplaces. They were a mess. Chimney Monkey came today and cleaned them beautifully. Having never had a wood burning fireplace before, I asked the technician to give me a quick rundown on how to use them. He was super helpful and took time to show me what to do and explained basic safety measures and troubleshooting. I just had this company out to my home today 02/03/2018 and I love them! Very professional, affordable and reasonably priced. They cleaned up their mess as if they were never there. They will only do what is needed. They have no interest in selling or doing things to your chimney that you do not need. They really are honest. The best part, they are a small business.
