We did not do the work and this year decided to hire a different company to do the cleaning and inspection. I am very glad I did! We had a complicated situation with our old house, needed to vent a new water heater and the installers just basically told us they couldn't install it until we figured it out. Brad was amazing, came over and figured out multiple ways to tackle the problem. We were able to make choices that made sense for us, with no pressure and with a clear idea of the trade-offs. Everybody we dealt with at Chimney Monkey was polite, personable, flexible, and smart. This was a great experience; I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
