Excellent! We had a great experience with Chimney Kleen.
He assessed my fireplace in 1 minute and tried pulling it out and when I told him to stop he stomped and grabbed his stuff and said “I can’t help you” and slammed my door. I am 38 week’s pregnant and absolutely blown away I was treated like this.

Jim and Greg were outstanding! We recently purchased our home, wanted to have the chimney inspected to ensure it was safe to use. They went above and beyond to explain the set up and the original installation process as they were the team that did it! They even made a few updates to help meet our needs. We are in love with our fire places and thankful for all their help. ALSO lifetime warranty with routine inspections. It's a no brainer
