I appreciated how organized and efficient the technicians were during the service. They worked carefully, respected the property, and completed everything on schedule.
The chimney had clearly not been cleaned for a very long time, and the technician removed a large amount of buildup during the appointment. Afterward, the fireplace operated much more efficiently and the entire house smelled fresher.
They did a fantastic job cleaning out our wood stove connection pipes. Airflow is completely restored, it lights instantly, and we aren't wasting any fuel. Absolute five-star technical service.
