FANTASTIC! We had 2 other companies come out, we got their name off of Angie’s list. The 1st company came & looked & was very helpful with finding our issue, however, we never heard from him again & he wouldn’t return our call let alone give us a written estimate, he only gave us a verbal range on the scope of work. The 2nd company was just rude & would only speak business with my husband. "I cannot recommend Chimney Cricket enough! Strong winds blew our old chimney cap off, and after having a terrible experience with another company that tried to rip me off, finding someone so genuine and trustworthy was a huge relief. He replaced the chimney cap quickly, was completely honest about what needed to be done, and charged a very fair price. I felt entirely comfortable with him from the start. Aaron came by to inspect our chimney to give us an estimate for the work needed to have a functional wood fire. As it turned out his advise was that it was possible but that the cost would be very high. He was very helpful and did not charged us for his assessment. Nice company!!
Great all around experience starting from first contact to job completion. Easy communication and did not encounter any unnecessary sales tactics. Capping our two small, unused chimneys was done in about an hour. Price was reasonable and the work was professional. Would recommend :)
