Legend has it, in South Brazil traditional gauchos (cowboys) would consume a diet that consisted almost entirely of beef. The meat was seasoned, placed on skewers, and slow cooked over a wood burning flame. Historically, gauchos were known for their generosity and hospitality.

Food is delish
The location is ideal for easy access from several areas in NOVA with valet parking offered. The reception was a bit chaotic and it took more than 10 minutes for us to be seated even though we had a reservation. Past that situation, Eric our server took very good care of us and from wine, salads and sides to what one goes to a Brazilian steak house the meat was superb. I strongly recommend the restaurant. I plan to be back!

Excellent food extremely well priced for the value and quality you get. I love the variety of options not only for the meats but also for sides, salads and desserts.
Never have a bad meal here. Service always superb.
