Don't return phone calls. Terrible customer service.
Called to make appointment for repairs. Told me booked until end of September and then closed. So not interested in new business. She did not even ask what I needed. Giving one star due to poor customer service.
This company is great! There customer service was awesome! I highly recommend them for a chimney sweep. Thank you guys!
We had this guy out twice this week. He was very helpful and pleasent to have in my home. We had a very difficult problem and he was very willing to help us with it. I would call him again.
