I sent an inquiry about a van on the website, and immediately heard back from Heather, who helped us schedule a test drive and trade-in assessment within just a couple of hours. Heather was efficient in getting all of the numbers prepared for us, and helping us apply for financing. Even though she had other appointments coming in, she made sure we were attended to while we waited for our financing to be completed.
