Just read that you fired someone for wearing a BLM mask. Since it was easier for you to fire them than it would've been to refuse service to anyone who openly cast dispersion upon your employee, I'll make sure everyone I know reads the same story so you have less customers feelings to worry about.
Chilson’s is a Racist Dealership that is NOT equal opportunity. They fired me over wearing my #BLM mask because I was told it would OFFEND customers. It was not a policy nor was I told it was a dress code UNTIL AFTER they seen me wearing it. They also tried telling me to keep it on the low and not to post on social media about anything work related.
