didn't thoroughly look over my car when I specifically told them to look at suspension. work was approved by insurance, after fixing then they looked at suspension and found out a strut was bad. took over a month to get back

Consistently excellent service at reasonable price
Awesome customer service.
Over the years, we have purchased something like 15 cars from Chilson Brothers (and descendants). Only 3 were bought new, but the used ones were also quite satisfactory. (I think they gently led us away from the attractive looking clunkers.) Bob Carr recently introduced us to our first leased car, a Subaru Forester. It is recommended for its safety features, which we can definitely use at our current ages.
