Traded in the Jeep today for a more family friendly Dodge Ram Rebel. I want to give a shout out to Matt and Deb Chilson in Cadott.... they were wonderful to work with!!! Matt gave us his full attention and answered all of our questions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Matt and his team if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Very kind salesperson who was helpful throughout my first car-buying experience. Service department, which I have used for oil changes and maintenance since purchasing my car, is average. I have experienced slightly rude and generally rushed behavior from one of the service staff. But overall a good family owned dealership.
Stopped in Chilson Subaru in Eau Claire without an appointment for low tire pressure....they got me in right away, listened to me when I told them 3 times within a month that it was low. They hoisted the car, checked my tire and found a construction staple in it. Repaired my tire and sent me on my way within 20 minutes. Most people would have just put air in stating it is just the temperature making it low. Super impressed. Highly recommended.
Words can't even begin to describe how amazing Chilson was! After visiting many dealerships in the area, I stopped into Chilson's and immediately felt welcomed. In under two hours I walked out with keys to a brand new Dodge Dart! Thank you to Deb, Lynn, Lee, Mark, and Fran! From both the Eau Claire Center and Cadott! I would highly recommend to EVERYONE!
