TOTAL RIP OFF. I went in to get a watch pin for ONE side of my watch, as I had lost it. First off, I was not greeted at all. I am a happy person, so I made a comment about how lovely the jewelry is... but I was not there for that. I got my watch out, and told the young lady that I needed a watch pin for my watch band.
