I am really disappointed with my latest experience. The couple that was in line before my son and I left instead of ordering. The service has clearly declined with all the new young workers. As a certified food manager I noticed so many things wrong I ended up only ordering a large queso to go, mind you this is $17. When I got ready to pay I noticed they put a dirty lid on. I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at Chilosos Taco House. While eating my soup, I found a piece of aluminum metal inside it. This is not only disgusting but also extremely dangerous, as someone could easily be injured by swallowing or biting into it. I brought the issue to the manager’s attention and was surprised that the only solution offered was to remake the soup.
