The Hispanic young girl with the snakebites piercing and brown hair is so unpleasant. Rude, mean mugging everyone, and short with customers. It was my first time here and she made the experience awful. She was not helpful and made me feel bad for simply ordering. Everyone else working there were nice, smiling, and easy to work with. Food was good and store was clean.
I just went to the location on 1152 N.Buckner Blvd#128 Dallas,Tx 75128.It was my first and last time going.The young ladies that were working had an attitude, even the customers behind me said they always have an attitude. I drove from my part of town which is Cedar Hill, Tx. We don't have a Chiloso and I didn't want Chipotle. I visited this place recently and was disappointed with the level of service. While the food itself was okay, the staff’s behavior was very unprofessional. Employees were laughing, joking loudly, and seemed more focused on each other than on customers. When I asked a question about my order, the response felt dismissive and immature.
