Terrible service completely. I just paid my bill in full and I am getting a bill for 147.00 on a final notice. Update your system because if my water gets cut off we will be discussing it with a lawyer. I have ALL my receipts.
Good luck calling them they’ll let the phone ring for half an hour before they might answer
Called the office in regards to question on my account. Supervisor/manager was extremely ruled, impolite, yelled at me while on the phone. And ultimately acted annoyed having to deal with someone. Worst experience on phone, better off talking to one of the regular office staff.
