Called the office in regards to question on my account. Supervisor/manager was extremely ruled, impolite, yelled at me while on the phone. And ultimately acted annoyed having to deal with someone. Worst experience on phone, better off talking to one of the regular office staff.
Absolutely HORRIBLE. The worst customer service I have ever received and I hope whoever the most high up boss is in this company will see this review and fix the people working. My boyfriend and I PAID our sick grandmothers water bill at the drop box in an envelope and suddenly the next month there was a late fee and a double charge on our bill, claiming it was never paid.
