Never got a disconnect notice my bill is 500 dollars this town is a joke
They’re rude. Downright. Won’t give you clear directions. Act like you’re dumb when you have a question. And will overcharge you. Ridiculous.
Excellent customer service everytime I've been there. Always pleasant to deal with.
Terrible service completely. I just paid my bill in full and I am getting a bill for 147.00 on a final notice. Update your system because if my water gets cut off we will be discussing it with a lawyer. I have ALL my receipts.
