We have been having AC issues for the last few years. It never failed that in the heat of summer something would require a call to Chiller Medic. They were always responsive, helpful and honest. Well this last week instead of a small fix we were in need of a fix that cost more than I wanted to pay for a 14 year old unit. Greg at Chiller Medic was very helpful educating us on our options with no push in any direction just offering information. AC failed on a Saturday. Chiller Medic came out Saturday and diagnosed the issue and ordered significant parts and had the unit fixed Monday. Fast service and accurate diagnosis. Cadence was our technician for this repair and he was professional and thorough.
