I called at 8:15am. They had Kolby at my house within an hour. He did a full systems check, identified the problem, and even after fixing it, ensured everything else was up to par. He was very thoughtful, explaining to me what he was looking for, and even telling me how he'd fix it. This guy should be an instructor at an HVAC tech school, he's knowledgeable, patient, and people-oriented.
