Greg was awesome as always. He fixed our issue right away, explaining what he did and what we could do to help ourselves in the future. I was a bit dissatisfied with communication from office, this time. I was given a 2-4pm widow for service call. At 4:30 I called asking what's up... I was told they would contact their tech and call me right back. At 5:30 I was finally contacted by text that technician (Greg) was on his way. I was called by him soon after saying he would arrive 6:10 to 6:15.
Thank you Greg & Chiller! These guys are fabulous! They’re honest and do great work. My AC went out and I had DavidGray come out. Thank god I had Chiller do a follow up. They saved me a ton of money I would have been screwed out of had I went with DavidGray. So happy there are still honest and legit companies like Chiller still around! Use them!
