I have seen improvements in my recovery from intense training from Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, and CrossFit. It even helped with my performance when training. This is one of the best kept secrets here in Katy! It is amazing!!! I recommend everyone try it out there's, so many health benefits from this specific Spa!!!! Love it!
