I first tried this place out just to see what the fuss was about. Did it on a Sat and thought " wow, I feel so refreshed!". Bought the 1st timer deal of $99 for 7 days ( can come once a day for 7 days). Figuring if I could make it back I would and it would pay for itself in 2 visits. Well ,thru my back out on Sunday , could barley move. Went on Monday just to see if it would help. OMG!!! Huge improvement. Went again on Tuesday and even more improvement !! RecommendedI always feel better after a cryo session. Follow it up with the massage chair and it's even better!
Rebekah was so amazing and informative. She found all of my issues and worked on them. She answered all of my questions and is passionate about what she does.
It was so cold but I loved it! After the compression chair and massage I felt amazing all day!

Had a great time and experience meeting the workers and crew at the YMAC 10K turkey dash this week. They had a booth using their sequence compressions for your legs. After a long run it really helped me recover and prevented soreness. I definitely going to check out their facility and try the CryoSauna!
I hate being cold so I wasn't sure how this was going to be. However once I got in there it was very invigorating! I love the normatec therapy at the end.... such a relaxing ending! The facility is beautiful and the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend them!!
