RecommendedLOVE the massage therapist, Pamela Rogers! She did a deep-tissue massage and removed/broke up knots in my neck, legs, etc. I felt wonderful afterwards! She is friendly and professional and talked with me before the massage to find out what my needs were. I HIGHLY recommend the 90 minute massage. Gives her some extra time to work on those problem zones.

Best RA treatment ever !
This facility is amazing! It's complete recovery in one place! Stretching, massage, chiropractor , Cryo therapy and Normatech. Chilled Cryo is the only way I can train like an extreme athlete. I compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and do strength and conditioning several times a week.I train 6 days a week and multiple sessions a day. Chilled Cryo eases my aches and helps me recover faster. I highly recommend it .
