I love this place. I have to admit at first I was hesitant trying this new treatment because the thought of sitting in a icy enclosure seemed scary. But when I went there to find out more the employees were nothing but helpful and informative. They gave me a tour and showed me how the whole process worked. I tried it after the tour and I adored it. DONT LET IT SCARE YOU, ITS AWESOME! Aside from feeling refreshed post session, I also burn a whopping 800 calories! We did team building here for CycleBar Katy and we all LOVED it! Doing a lot of fitness can be tough on those muscles but I felt like a new woman walking out of those doors!

Takin the time to give my most honest thoughts about this place. Ive absolutely become obsessed with Cryotherapy & every other service Ive tried here, but the BEST thing about this place is absolutely the vibe, charm, & outstanding customer service from the Staff, every single person has made me feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated as a customer!!! Love love love Chilled Cryospa!!!!
This place is so awesome. I went in with a pulled muscle and I was in alot pain. My pain level went from a 10 to a 3. I'm so glad I went into the cyro chamber. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Totally a cool place.
