We always go for lunch sit in bar area and almost always have a great visit and the food is always great
The food is too americanized in flavor. there's no south of the border real quality to it. The bar serves a weak drink. tequila has a distinct flavor. When one orders a tequila sunrise and only taste the OJ and it is served without grenadine, you know the bartender is clueless.
Not sure what happened. Waitress was very nice. It was day after Christmas. Ordered Chili and quesadilla. Waited over 1 hour no food. Finally left with no food.
I am not one to complain but our meal was horrible, there was 4 of us and we ordered salads 2 flat bread and 2 buffalo chicken salads. It took 45 minutes for our salads, a table next to us, who sat after us had burgers and had them before our salads. When our salads arrived they were soggy, the flat reads were cold, hardly any cheese and the avocado was missing. The seyice was excellent and the food delicious. The problem with this visit was the kitchen was out of a ton of food, they had no pasta, mashed potatoe, chili and like 4 really common beers on tap! All you heard through the restaurant was the poor wait staff apologizing as the came to ask about substitutions that would need to be made.
We love the chili's up here in Keene. Always get great food and great service. I joined the club and they send us wonderful discounts and you save your points to get more free things. A wonderful deal
