No air conditioning. Service is slow starting in the kitchen and so on.
RecommendedChilis has come a long way since 8-9 months ago! SO SO MUCH CLEANER. The manager came talk to us and asked us questions, waited on us and continued to check in even though waitress was rocking n rolling and had it handled Congratulations to that staff even being short handed!
This is the nastiest Chili's we've ever visited. We arrived shortly after opening at lunch time. there was old food on the floor from the night before, the grime and dirt build up on and around the entire dining areais absolutely disgusting. If the dining room looks like this I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. To top it off the staff really don't care about the customers. I recently visited this restaurant and contracted a horrible case of food poisoning. I was sick in bed for a week and couldn’t eat normally again for nearly a month. While at the restaurant, the entrée dishes were served before the appetizers. The food was cold but my party had an appointment to make so we didn’t have time to send the food back. The whole experience was a fiasco and very disappointing because Chili’s is my/was my favorite restaurant.
We went there last night and waited an hour and a half and then decided to leave! During that time we got one appetizer and one out of the 3 kids dinners that we ordered. Service was so slow. Never again!
Food was great, and very friendly staff!

Hair in my salad and when I got my food it was wrong and when it was corrected they only put 3 chicken crispers. Waitress was kinda enough to not make me pay.
