So why have I been on hold for over 20 mins waiting for someone to pick up your phone when you’re not even accepting dine in orders? This is ridiculous and there is absolutely no excuse for it!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

🛑highly do not recommend eating at this chili’s! We came into here and got told it would be a 5 min wait turned out to be a 20 minutes! Took 20-30 minutes to get out drinks! Food came out about 35-40 minutes after that! Our hamburgers were so burnt it wasn’t edible! All the waiters hung out in the back! Never got a refill on drinks! Management needs to take control!! DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AT ALL!! NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY!!🛑
service sucks, slow getting drinks & food. 1hour into it & still haven't been served. food finally arrived and it's cold.
I placed a order to go drove 20 minutes & picked it up. I got home & I was missing 2 dinners I called and asked for the manager. she answered & was extremely rude. She puts me on hold then hangs up. I called back did they did the same. I remember when the customer service was great. I probably will not be back.
Really enjoyed it. The service was amazing and so was the food. The presentation was great and everything that we ate looked very succulent. Overall great experience. I'd definitely recommend the Lunch Chicken Fajitas.
