I always come here, friendly staff, and reasonable price for a restaurant.
I think it's ridiculous they have duct tape on the booth seats in the bar because the seats have tears in them. REALLY???? This location has really gone downhill in the last couple of years. Very disappointing.
Long wait time, waited 30 minutes for a server to take our order, we waited another 40 minutes for out meal and actually left without eating. We will not go back
Food was old. Service was friendly but the food was definitely not fresh I guess the cook was ready to go home it was Christmas Eve
This place is garbage. The service and managers suck
I took my daughter here for her 5th birthday,per her request. On 11)15/2016 I went to the southlands location. Our server was Jeff he was ok. He refilled our drinks promptly but made us feel rushed from the start he took our drink order but never asked about appetizers. He took my plate while I was still eating. At the end of our meal I asked if my daughter got anything for her birthday he said ice cream and we said great he brought it out no syrup or sprinkles no nothing ! The food was excellent but the service was mediocre.
Received the worst service ever. Intend to speak to the store manager asap. Unbelievable - someone is stealing my reward points, we waited over an hour for our food and when our appetizer arrived the egg rolls were cold on the inside. The server and manager were horrific!
Downloaded the app.... Did skip the line! Told us 15-30 mins we did that at 530! Right after gymnastics... Got here at 6 they told us 20 mins.... It is NOW 7:01PM STILL not seated.... Got the manager and he told us they have big parties they are trying their best... But he will go see where we are in line... Goes and the hostess been skipping us this entire time..... Wtf! Really!
