By far worst service ... ordered to go and been waiting 25 minutes past the time the said it would be done... can't say I would recommend c9ming to this location
Service was so slow. We had to ask hostess to find us a waiter after sitting for almost 20 min with nothing. When we finally got one we had to find her for drink refills & anything else we needed. Thank God we were able to pay the bill from our table or we would still be sitting there waiting to leave!
This was by far the worst dining experience I have had! The place was not that crowded but it took over an hour to get our food and when we did get it was cold and it wasn't very good! The manager came to our table and was apologizing but had no reason for the terrible service or the food! He did comp the bill but it wasn't worth paying for anyway! I doubt if I ever go back there!!
Ordered triple dipper and the mini burgers were burnt!
This location has gone downhill I loved our server but I think Chili's is in financial trouble. The FOOD,was just OK
Great service, Good food and fast. Freeze your ass off in the bar section. If you want to drink Margs need to go in dinning section where it is 20 degrees warmer. If you come bring a jacket.
I love there food so much and they have such great customer service
