Lame, Poor service, poor quality food, poor management, went in for lunch with my wife and 4 year old. Quesadilla and fries for the kiddo all swimming in grease..... was told it's "butter" if I owned a dog I wouldn't feed it to him, nasty! Told the manager and was basically told to bad... $40 bucks for lunch... two adults one child. One ice tea, one pineapple juice for our kid and one water. One beef enchilada, one shrimp taco and the nasty greasy slop called quesadillas..... pissed! Never Again!!!
We go here quite a bit. The Plenti rewards program is a joke. I don't even bother anymore. Usually, the good and service is great; but yesterday it took forever for our food to come out. Very slow service, we had to ask for drink refills. My salad was swimming in the dressing.
My Chicken was dry and burnt. Had to wait for new ones after the family had eaten. The waitress DID bring us a dessert for Free and removed lunch item from bill.
Worst service we ever had! We didn't even tip the waitress! Are food was so dried out like it had been sitting under a hot lamp for a hour! We used to go here a lot but it has gone down hill it wasn't even busy ,we sat waiting for are for over an hour! Needless to say we won't be going back :[ sadly, it was a place we really enjoyed with really good food and service! What happened?
Had a great experience! New drinks and food was amazing!
Food so good; it was lime a party in my mouth! The serving staff were nice, chipper, and on point. 👍
