i had the worst cusomter service at this location ever. not only did the waiter never bought refills on drinks and i had to eat ice to quench my thirst. But he manage to have to being me a bill but i never got my desert. when i called to talk to the manager Josh all he could say is how can i make it better and never offer another meal or even showed empathy at all but ask if i knew anyone who needed a job because they were hiring ... i will never go back

Went kinda late, the steak was literally GREY! No flavor what so ever! I mentioned it to the waitress who apologized but by this point we were just ready to go.

food was delivered and my tacos were upside down and all mixed up would've been fine and just let door dash handle it but when i called up i was pretty much called a liar and was told there was nothing they could do for me and to call door dash but when i called door dash they rold me to call chili's
