Love watching the NFL games here, not too crowded, the beer is so reasonable, and we've had great servers too! What is not to like, the food is decent for a bar food.
Chili's used to be consistently good. Seems the quality/taste of their food isn't so great anymore. Disappointing.
I asked server 3 times for lemon with my iced tea. The salad was a oily mess of just green and purple leaves, two of us sent it back! Not offered substitute! Had trash in water! Did bring it to servers attention! We did not leave normal tip but service was not good!
The food was horrible and it wasn't even busy. The manager on duty was practically a teenager and didn't even care. Next time I will be going back to the one on Hamilton Mill.
I love this place. The atmosphere is always fun, food is good, and the overall experience was great. I've been here several times and have never had an issue or problem. The staff is great, this is the only place I've ever been to where I've seen managers roll up their sleeves and do the work, kudos to you guys! Great job Chili's!
