The main course was good enough. The queso skillet barely had any meat in it and was soupy. When I questioned it with the servers she offered to replace it, but said that's the way it is today. Then admitt s that at other times it had more meat. The manager did not stop by to inquire about my complaint. If management was on top of hints, the server would have been trained to to let the manager know I was not satisfied. Father's Day meal was mediocre. I went to pick up a catering order. The order wasn't ready... had to wait for 20 with a house full of people! Then..... they left off part of my order..... then they couldn't refund my money because I paid online. Terrible service, and no excuse for my order not to be ready since they knew about it for 4 hours prior.
Not a bad Chili's. Service was a little bit slow. Food was good.especially the buffalo cauliflower
Brought my kids here for lunch today at gad such a great lunch. We always love Chili's but this time I ordered the wrong salad and they helped find the one I really wanted and remade it for me. The prices are so good too that I can bring my 4 boys out to eat and not spend a fortune!
Our waiter was super and very attentive, food was good except I still have a problem with the grilled chicken. I usually order a Chicken dish like the Santa Fe salad and although I love the crispy chicken that comes on it, I did grilled chicken. A small amount of the chicken was not edible like fatty or grizzle-like. And sometimes it just doesn't taste like chicken.
We went for Mothers day and had the worst experience. It ended up making the mothers very upset. First off the waitress put in the order for half the people, got the food afyer everyone else was complete. Then the orders was incorrect. We had to beg for drink refills. Spoke to the manager 3 times to get orders corrected and drink refills. We will not be visiting this location again. I know it is mother's day but it was not crazy busy. There was no excuse..
