This was by far the worst Chili's I have ever been to! My husband ordered the half rack of ribs, the meat was so hard and freezer burned he couldn't eat them. My son ordered a bacon cheeseburger, which they didn't bring out until 20 minutes after bringing out everyone elses food. Then it didn't have the bacon on it. The waitress brought out bacon, on a plate, only half cooked. My other son ordered a steak cooked medium and it was brought out rare. He requested they cook it to medium and they returned it burned. My bff and I had a blast !! I was recently in a car wreck and I went in a wheelchair not only did they open doors for us but the host went to the car with us and loaded chair !! I had the ribs and they were delisoso! ! They played old school jams like Al Green n Marvin Gaye that was sooo relaxing !! Going back soon !! All staff was friendly �
Grand Marnier and pineapple juice bang and the service is as punctual as billcollecters.
I loved it. My partner and i spoke of coming to a chili's for a while now and finally went. I had my usual, Cajun pasta. So good. Service was great, food was hot and fresh, cost was fine, i only paid 30 dollars plus of course 5 dollar tip. Cheers to you guys and keep up the good work.
Marisol and the staff at Pinnacle Park in Dallas were awesome, but the Ziosk survey didn't let me say so... I chose that "yes" a "problem" occurred during during my visit so I could brag on how awesome the staff was, in that they told us one of the flatbread triangles had fallen off our margherita flatbread salad, and that they would replace it. We maybe wouldn't even have noticed, but they brought us a whole other flatbread. But Ziosk cut me off without letting me make any other comments about what they did to fix it. 😔 I ... read more
