Went for lunch today, place was half empty, was told would have to wait 30 mins to be seated. WTF?????? When I asked why they half half they place is empty, she just stared at me. My mother myself and several others left to go eat at McAlisters. Service is and food is much better.
Nothing like eating soggy room temp food after waiting 45 minutes. Not coming back here
Chili's in Longview is crap. No lines wait staff everywhere but absolutely no service. I'll never enter that place again. Waited over 5 minutes to be seated. Bartender looking at us waitresses and waiters walking by ignoring us. Called to complain all we got was the excuse that he just got there. He didn't know what was going on, it would take time to figure out what was going on... We will NEVER go back.
my favourite place.savannah is the best bartender ever.. always has my drink ready the moment i sit down ..knows exactly what i like to eat.. steaks.. the best in town .. just an awesome place
Horrible waitress that was rude. Changed the order to a 2go order didn't even hardly touch appetizer or our drinks. When food arrived long after waiting all orders weren't in the bag. Didn't tip her and she loudly let everyone around know and embarrassed me. Won't go back.
We have always had a good experience with chilis restraunts. Until we had a waitress that was rude and the gm made exuses for her, saying how great of a waitress she usually is, or maybe she is a horrible waitress and everyone is just used to the horrible customer service throughout longview as a city
The service gets worse every time I come here. Out of food, out of beer brands, always something!!!!! Stood at the front at least 8 minutes before anyone said a word and it's very slow.
Food has been terrible last 4 times we have gone to eat, don't no y we go back.
Waitress was very sweet. Food was good. The manager Alicia yelled at the hostess within our hearing range because there were no kids menus in a basket. We thought it was a mom yelling at a child for something. The restroom was a mess. When I discussed it with the manager, her response was I only saw part of the picture.
