Worst service ever for lunch today. You should know people don't have unlimited time during workday lunch breaks. 20+ minutes before order was taken. 25+ minutes later still no salad and nachos. Had to leave before food was brought and still was late getting back to work.
Normally, I really like to go to Chilis. I like all the items on their menu. However, today was the worst possible service EVER! I went on my lunch hour and told the waiter I was meeting 2 friends and my husband...on my lunch hour. They joined me shortly thereafter. One of my friends ordered a beer. After 20 minutes she still didn't have it so she asked. He actually said that there wasn't a bartender at the bar. Meanwhile, others who came in after us already had been served! It's funny how chilis in longview has been through 5 general managers in the last 10 years maybe it's not them, maybe its there regional manger Dave Harrity he has fired some of the best gm's. Js the real problem Lies with the one doing the firing.
