My GF and I ate there Sunday 8/16. Although the service was great the food was not even good. I had the Pick 3 Fajitas and the chicken was ok but the beef was tough and the shrimp was like rubber. The veggies were way over cooked and just soggy. My GF had the smoke house plate and it was awful. This is the worst chili’s I’ve ever been in. If you live in dallas... the are RACIST AS HELL. The fact that someone WHITE watched them all act up, is disgusting... 5 black men walked in wanting to sit at the bar.. because of COVID-19, the Hispanic lady told them QUICKLY and said that they could not be seated.. only 9 people could be at the bar... instead of trying to help them get in a booth, she didn’t even help them at all! Food was warm and cold know of it was hot
What is the restaurant number for this chili’s so I can send in a survey? Had take out from this chili’s and the take out service was good but our food seemed old and not good at all. Wish I would have went somewhere else tonight 😔
the corn on the cob was cold and the ribs were so dry you couldn't stick a fork it them and the beer was hot ...Absoult waste of money

Incapable of quality control. Food is consistently incorrect or served with sloppy presentation mostly both. The manager will lie and make excuses rather than checking orders for accuracy or trying to address a problem he says he's fully aware exists. You can't tell me you got the order wrong because the tickets are printed wrong when I am holding the ticket for my meal and it says my order correctly. Worst liar ever. I recommend any other restaurant. Even nearby fast food has better presentation and quality control!
