walked in, was told there was a 30 minute wait because they had no clean silverware. They took our name and phone # so they could text us when our table was ready. We waited outside and watched people go in and were seated. So I go in and asked if our table was ready because I had seen others go in. We were then seated, but then had to wait for them to take our order. They still used the no silverware excuse. Really? Did the dishwasher quit? Horrible manager!!! I love chili's, this one not so much!!! The service when we went was horrible. My son wanted to go there for his 10th birthday last night. My son and his sister order off the 2 for $25 menu, his sister ordered the chicken fajitas. Apparently they have add a spicy southwest sauce to it and it made it way too spicy for my 10 year old daughter.
