Spencer at the bar is awesome. He remembers waiting on us from time before. He makes sure our glasses are always full and makes sure our order is just right.
Great service...good food...good atmosphere...will come again...my girl loves it.
I just had the worst service here at lunch today. Got there before 12 didn't get seated till after 12:30. They were not busy when we got there but they had half or the place shut down. And the food was over cooked..
Whhhhat the hell.... why did i get a cold molten chocolate cake..... and this is the second time youve disappointed me this month alone.... f. U. I won't be going back to this one.
You can never go wrong by choosing Chili's as the place for your next meal. Always great Sports-bat type atmosphere that the whole family can enjoy. Just pick an item on the menu and I guarantee, you will not be disappointed. From the wonderful appetizers, the huge assortment of dishes to choose from, to their signature Margaritas, you will never leave without being very satisfied. As you walk out the door, you will be thinking about the next time you want to come back to Chili's to try something new and different.
Always great service. My son ordered the boneless buffalo chicken salad with extra chicken. It came with DOUBLE chicken. That's a full pound of chicken for $16. The new Chili Lime Avacado Sirlion with grilled asparagus and cherry tomatoes is fantastic!
Just got done eating here horrible! Took over 15 minutes after being seated to get out drink order. Ordered fajitas and cook nachos lol
The wait was awful, I felt sorry for what little staff they had working. Kitchen got orders all messed up
Asked the waitress for a menu substitution and she said "nope". I said "are you sure?" She replied with great confidence, "yep." I asked her to summons the manager hoping for a simple override and he said "we can't do that. (Wait for it...) "There's not a button on the computer for that substitution." He went on to explain its not Lubbock but corporate. I reminded him that the customer is always right. He said he was sorry and offered to add what I wanted but admitted he would have to charge me.
