One of my favorite places to eat in Lubbock. The food is very good, and the staff are very friendly, and courteous. #had a ball.
Everything was on point, even the service. Steak was even perfect, just like we ordered it.
Had spinach queso, delish, strawberry Pina colada, wonderful, entree,great!
We ordered 5 entrées to go. When we got home, one entrée was missing (a classic bacon burger with fries) and one Cajun shrimp pasta had undercooked shrimp. We had to go back to Chilis to pick up the missing burger and newly cooked shrimp (that was still undercooked). 2 entrées (chicken fried steak) were missing a Texas toast, and the fries with the burger were soggy. Very disappointed with our to go order.
my sister and I ate here what a difference from the one here in town. I will drive 2 hours anytime to get good service, hot food, and pleasant environment. I wont go to the one in Hobbs again until they are unde new management.
Me and my family enjoyed it the food was great and the service was great.
I really love chili's! But tonight tried to use the skip the line app feature! Didn't work! Had to wait additional 20 minutes !
Y'all never did find out what that was in my guacamole. It looked like shoelaces! Come on, man.
Our waiter was rude got our appetizer like 3 mins before out meal and the night Mgr didn't seem to give a dam don't think we'll be going back anytime soon !
