Customer service was absolutely fabulous! My well ordered burger came back medium well, and when I requested another it was replaced with a smile. The staff were pleasantly professional. Evan, you really makes the company shine. Keep up the good work.
The food was good but barely got to enjoy it because we waited about 30 minutes to order then it was another hour for our food and when you have a toddler it's hard to keep them in one spot that long and they brought the appetizers WITH our meals
The experience last night was really bad. Food took long and got charged for extra food.
We went last night it was great and we only had to wait 15 min to be seated. Our waitress was sweet and on top of getting us served. We will be back soon.
Had the best experience even as busy as they were. Food was fresh and had one of the best servers I've had in years at any restaurant, I don't know his last name but his name was Blake! Thanks Blake for making a great dining night for the family!

The food and wait staff was amazing. Food came out in a timely matter and still hot and fresh. I had the flatbread salad and it was to die for. Thank you for all your good work, Chili's!
