My three year old started Child's Play ABA therapy for autism at the end of last year right when they got the program up and running. You would never know it was brand new because of how smoothly it runs and how wonderful the care is. Every RBT is attentive and loving to my son. He has made tremendous strides in all types of skills because of all the hard work they've done. And he is just absolutely blooming now and LOVES going to school every day. My daughter absolutely loves coming here for OT Therapy. Teresa Wiggins is phenomenal!
Customer service / management is awful. On top of their services already being prohibitively expensive, they managed to drum up an extra $600 worth of charges that we owed nearly 2 years after our last visit. This is after being told we were all squared when we asked upon completing our last visit.
Madison is an amazing OT! Our son has seen tremendous improvements from working with her. She’s super knowledgeable, adapts her lessons to concerns as we see them, and has taught us so much to help us work with our son at home. She’s a valuable asset to Child’s Play!
We love all the therapists we have seen at Child’s Play. We are currently seeing Madison and I love how she lets my child choose between activities they do.
