My son has been a patient at Children’s Hospital in Neenah (10 minutes from our house) twice in the past but he was recently turned away because he has a trach. He only needed a course of IV antibiotics & to be observed for a few hours but we had to make the trek to Madison (our preferred out of town hospital). Children’s in Neenah now discriminates against trach patients because they’re uncomfortable taking care of them. What kind of children’s hospital is this? ☹

Childrens Hospital of the Fox Valley is amazing! Met with the new doctor today, she's detailed, shows compassion, and takes the time to explain things to us and our child. The nursing staff was amazing, everyone we came into contact with did an excellent job. Keep up the good work!! My family truly appreciates and respects everyone in the clinic. Thank You again for the work that you all do!
