Where the Doctor that treated my one and a half month old son was extremely nice and quite professional, the staff of this office left a lot to be desired. I was extremely upset with the way I was treated by the front staff as well as the billing department of this office. I had my time wasted over a period of 3 days by them and they were quite unsympathetic with my case involving my son. Can I give him a zero ? I have been to this office 4 times. Every time it has taken over two hours waiting in waiting area before being moved to examining room to wait some more. Why can t they just schedule you two hrs from original time? The Dr is sort and seems rushed. Is he in a hurry to go back and do whatever he does while we all wait. The sight in waiting area is pathetic, parents with a look of despair and children who have a hard time waiting and cry and whine. I think this is what purgatory must be like. There are ... read more
